I
call myself “a spare mother” of these two kids; Rayyan and Najlaa. It’s
just like I suddenly have them without ever bearing. From them I’ve learned a sincere
love. They love me as return though I never ask for. How glad to feel whenever
I make Rayyan as the first student who comes at his school or at reading course
he joins. I can feel his pride to be the number one from his sparkling smile.
How happy to feel whenever I also can adjust him with something by giving
smooth warns, not with anger or even tantrum.
And
it is a kind of happiness too, if I can calm Najlaa down, the younger one. This
lil girl is actually much more stubborn than his brother. From these two kids,
I frankly learn much about patience, ways of nurture, and love. I also finally
know that a bond between families can’t be replaced by anything.
I
love every time they look at me when I tell a story. I love every time they
laugh out loud when I make a foolish game. I love every time they tell me a
story impatiently. I love those kinds of moment, I do. Thank you my kids.
A
little closure I want to write down here is a nice word of Rayyan, that’s just
said by him last eve: “Aunty… If you laugh I laugh, too. And if
you’re sad I am sad, too.
-written while
waiting for Rayyan in the corner of his reading course,
after making him
as the first comer for sure-
